Please accept my warm greeting from the
Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal on the behalf of
Alpine Asian Treks.
It was established in 2006 with various
objectives in Nepal’s mountain tourism. The
foremost objective of our institution is to
operate an eco friendly treks and tour. Then
to find the potential virgin areas and
promote, market and finally sell them to the
clients. To achieve our goals, we have
trained to our all staffs who spend most of
the time with our customers. Our guides keep
knowledge about the eco friendly way of
trekking operation for which we call ‘A
Quality Service’. Organizing get together
party, picnic and etc. we always interact
the experiences, feelings and case studies
as well with our valuable Guides and Helpers
so that they would know well enough to our
Company’s motto and objectives. And they
could express their feelings and
difficulties to us.
We believe ourselves in exploring new
potential touristic areas by various means.
Then we market and promote all the available
resources and sources of such areas. It
would be great advantage to the people of
such rural area and also a touristic
destination for domestic and international
tourists. As a result of such exploration
exercise, you can have a short visit on some
of the itineraries now in our website.
Mr. Shekhar Bahadur Thapa, a man of
versatile and multifaceted persona, The
director of Alpine Asian Trek, has been in
tourism for more than one and half decades.
He started his career as a porter and now he
is the director. He keeps vast knowledge in
mountain tourism as a guide and also
expertise on rafting and village tour as
well. He has been expertise in religions,
cultures, traditions and history of Nepal.
As he has been experienced with the
difficulties in the high mountain, he can
supply the sufficient information to the
customer and can be friendly with the field
operator as well. Besides this, he himself
takes abilities to involving in seminars,
meetings and workshops and is more
professional in business which can deliver
the quality service to the customers.
Furthermore, he has got various trainings
such as First Aid, Tourist Guide, Quality
Management System, Leadership Training etc.
On the course of getting knowledge from
customer he guided, he has travelled Japan,
France, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Tibet
and India. And he got knowledge on customer
interest and needs to make worthwhile
traveling to Nepal. He can speak English,
Japanese, Hindi and Nepali.

Alpine Asian Treks and Expedition P Ltd. is the
quality oriented trekking company among
hundreds. The company has been established by
the tourism professional.
Tax: We pay the tax to the government
regularly and our PAN (Permanent Account Number)
No. is 302380413 with the Nepal government.
Staff: We have highly experienced Guides,
Porters, Cooks, Sherpa and Climbing guides for
the trek, tour and expeditions. Our staffs are
fully insured for their safety and comfortable.
We prefer to provide the local staff as much as
possible who are well trained.
Affiliated: Our Company is affiliated
with The Nepal Government, Department of Cottage
and Small Industry, Department of Tourism,
Department of Tax, Foreign Currency Exchange
Department, Kathmandu Metro Policy, Trekking
Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN) and Nepal
Mountaineering Association (NMA).

Trekking, Climbing, Expedition, Jungle safari,

Safety: Your safety and comfort is our
main concern while you are in Nepal with us
specially in touring or trekking. So, we provide

speak your mother tongue as well. And you can

cell phone, or internet 24 hrs whenever you need
any kind of help and cooperation. We would be
pleasured if we were noticed each and every

Staff Welfare:
Background: We, the team of Alpine Asian
Treks & Expedition, have been professional tour
organizers for more than 15 years in the
Himalayas. We sometimes, encounter with
unnatural accident with Trekking Crews i.e.
Guide, Porter, Cook, Helper etc. We have seen
many such staffs who have been in unnatural
accident and lived disabled to their all life.
Because they couldn’t treat in hospital in time
due to their extreme poverty. The Nepal
Government has not started any kind of relief
programme regarding such Trekking Crews. And not
any other Trekking Agencies and Companies has
started to do something welfare activities to
the Trekking Crews members who really falls in
such trouble during Trekking, Touring, Visiting
etc. Nobody has been insured his or her life
during Treks or Tours. Their families have been
dependent on him. If something bad happened,
then, not only he would be disabled but also his
family. They have been living on the
cliff-like-life. It is a Pathetic, really. But,
we realized such peoples’ miserable condition.
We thought and looked for many insurance
companies but we couldn’t find any such
companies which could help them in such
condition. Then we decided to do something
innovative for the crew who have been working in
this company . The innovation is to establish
‘Staff Welfare Fund’.
How dose it works: In Staff Welfare Fund,
we decided to generate the small amount of money
i.e. Rs. 50/- (Ruppees Fifty only) from their
each and every trek or tour. Then, our company
will add the another amount i.e. Rs. 50/- (Ruppees
Fifty only) to the same account. That amount
will be used in special needy condition of crew
members who really falls in critical accident
and needs some finance. Those amount has been
collected in separate account. Every decision
regarding the ‘Staff Welfare Fund’ will be taken
by wide discussion amongst the senior members of
crew team.
Who can get it: Well, we have decided to
apply this rules and regulation only to our crew
members. However, they can include only their
father, mother, wife and children. We are free
to entertain your valuable suggestion and
comments to make practical and systematic to
this innovative new procedure or funding scheme.
Even, if you would like to contribute any
amount, will be always acceptable. Please do not
