Itinerary - Great Himalayan Trail Trek
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, trek preparation and permit processing
Day 2: Day in Katmandu
Day 3: Flight Kathmandu-Nepalganj
Day 4: Flight Nepalgunj-Juphal (2475 m), walk to Dunai (2140 m) 2 hrs
Day 5: To Lingdo (2391 m) 5 hrs
Day 6: To Laina Odar (3370 m) 6 hrs
Day 7: To Nawarpani (3475 m) 4 hrs
Day 8: To Sisaul (3750 m) 3 hrs
Day 9: To Dho Tarap (4080 m) 4 hrs
Day 10: To Numala Base Camp (4440 m) 3 hrs
Day 11: To Danigar (4631 m) via Numa La (Pass) (5318 m) 6 hrs
Day 12: To Yak Kharka (3982 m) via Baga La (5190 m) 6 hrs
Day 13: To Ringmo/Phoksundo Lake (3733 m) 2 hrs

Package Cost Includes - Great Himalayan Trail Trek
• Arrival and departure transfer from international airport
• Four night hotel/ guest house in Kathmandu on EP plan twin sharing
• One day sightseeing in Kathmandu by car
• All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) whilst on the trek.
• All the land transfer as per itinerary.
• Applicable trekking fees (Dolpo trekking permit).
• Tent to sleep (sleeping tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent, mattress)
• Kitchen and utensils
• Guide and Porters (one porter per two persons is provided to carry the clients personal effects)
• Domestic flight to and from.
• Insurance for the trekking staff. (insurance as per state law)
• All the government tax and our (AATE) service charges.

• Extra accommodation, meal, entrance and sight seeing while in city (They can be included upon request).
• International flights and Visa.
• Your travel insurance (for travel, cancellation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss of life, theft of or damage to personal effects).
• Tips and gratuities (crew frequently receives some recognition for good service)
• Costs arising from unforeseen events outside the control of AATE.
• Personal expenses such as alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, mineral water, monuments entrance fees, postage, laundry, video, camera, phone, etc.
