Itinerary - Jomsom Muktinath Trek

Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu :

Our representative will be waiting in the Nepal airport and transfer to Hotel. We will welcome to our city office and finalize the formalities. Brief the program and introduce the guide and other operator. Take an easy evening to stroll around. Over night in the Hotel. Our company will offer a traditional Nepali dinner.

Day 2 Kathmandu Sight seeing :

After the breakfast drive to sight seeing by car with guide to the world heritage sites (Pashupatinath- Hindu temple, Boudhanath - Buddhist stupa, Swyambhunath - Buddhist Stupa and Patan Durbar Square). Back to Hotel and free in the evening. Over night in the Hotel. BB

Day 3 Drive to Pokhara :

Wake up early in the morning 6AM and take a early breakfast. Our trekking guide will led you to a regular tourist bus to Pokhara at 7:00AM which will take approximately 6hr. free evening around the lake side. Over night in the Hotel. BB

Day 4 Trek to Tikhedhunga :

Take a breakfast at the hotel and drive to Nayapul (starting point 1:30hr) by private car and trek to Tikhechunga 1540m approx 4hr. over night in the lodge. Today we will not have a Himalayan view but enoy the local people, culture and green fiend. Lunch will be serving on the way and dinner will be served at the same lodge. LD

Day 5 Trek to Ghorepani :

After the breakfast trek to Ghorepani (2880m) approx 7 hr. Today is a little hard day to steep ascending to the view point. We will break for lunch at Ulleri village from where we will see a little view of mountain and continue to Ghorepani. Diner will be served at the lodge. Over night in the lodge. BLD

Day 6 Trek to Tatopani 1190m :

Today we will wake you early in the morning and we will hike to Poon Hill (45 min) 321m to see the panoramic Himalaya (Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I, Fishtail, Annapurna South, Annapurna II, Annapurna IV, Hiunchuli, Nilgiri, Manaslu and many others) and sunrise. Back to lodge to take a breakfast and continue trek to Tatopani approx 6 hr. Enjoy the Natural Hot Spring.. Lunch will serve on the way and dinner at the lodge. Over night in the lodge BLD.

Day 7 Trek to Kalo Pani 2560 m :

The trek goes very smoothly which take approximately 6 hrs. On the way enjoy the water falls. over night in the lodge BLD

Day 8 Trek to Marpha (2,713 m) :

Today is an easy day compare to yesterday. Marpha is a Thakali village who are noted to make a delicious local food. (approx 5 hrs.) over night in the lodge BLD

Day 9 Trek to Kagbeni (2810 m) :

The trail follows the river bank and the rough road which is easy but some time it is windy to trek after 12:00 noon. Kagbeni is the starting point of Upper Mustang trekking. (approx 5 hrs.) over night in the lodge BLD

Day 10 Trek to Muktinath (3710 m) :

This day is a little bit ascending than the previous two days. Today you will have a excellent view of Mt. Dhaulariri, Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri Glacier and Annapurna Himalayan range to the east. (Approx 5 hrs.) over night in the lodge BLD

Day 11 Trek to Jomsom (2713 m). (approx 5 hrs.) :

After the sunrise and Himalayan view take a breakfast and start to trek abck. It will take approximately 5 hr easy to descend down. over night in the lodge BLD

Day 12 Fly back to Pokhara :

Have a breakfast and take a Himalayan flight to Pokhara. Take an easyday around the lake side and after dinner have a good sleep. Lunch and dinner will be self. Over night at the hotel.

Day 13 Drive to Kathmnadu :

Take a early breakfast and take regular tourist bus to Kathmnadu at 7:30 from Pokhara to Kathmnadu. Free evening in Kathmnadu. Optional walk down to Kathmandu durbar square. Over night in the hotel.

Day 14 Drive to airport and fly back to Home/ join other trek tour :

We will transfer to airport and take a flight to home. Home sweet home.

• Arrival and departure transfer from the international airport.

• Three night accommodation in Kathmnadu and two night in Pokhara

• One day Sight seeing in Kathmnadu by car

• Tourist bus to and from Pokhara and private transfer to and from Trekking.
