Lamjung Himal Base Camp lies in the Annapurna region of the Nepal Himalayas. Lamjung Himal Base Camp trek starts after a drive 180km to Besisahar from kathmandu.

Lamjung Himal base camp trekking trail passes though Ghalegaun (cultural Gurung village) which offers the views of the Annapurna, Manaslu, Fishtail and Lamjung Himal. The route is an opportunity of experiencing wilderness in the Himalayan valley. The virgin trail follows the Rhododendron forest full with diversified species of flora and fauna, mountain ridges, unique landscapes and different types of birds.

Itinerary - Lamjung Himal Base Camp Trek

Day 1. Arrive in Kathmandu :

Our representative will be waiting in the Nepal airport and transfer to Hotel. We will welcome to our city office and finalize the formalities. Brief the program and introduce the guide and other operator. Take an easy evening to stroll around. Over night in the Hotel. Our company will offer a traditional Nepali dinner.

Day 2. Kathmandu Sightseeing :

After the breakfast drive to sight seeing by car with guide to the world heritage sites (Pashupatinath- Hindu temple, Boudhanath - Buddhist stupa, Swyambhunath - Buddhist Stupa and Patan Durbar Square). Back to Hotel and free in the evening. Over night in the Hotel. BB

Day 3. Drive Kathmandu to Besi Sahar (840m.) :

Our Trekking guide will pick you up and take you to bus park to drive to Besishar and we will continue our trek to Baglung Pani. Over night in the camp. BLD

Day 4. Baglung Pani to Ghanapokhara (2100m.) :

It will take approximately 5 hr to arrive. Ghanapokhara offer a beautiful view of Manaslu and other mountain. Evening the local mother group will come to welcome and ask for donation. You can join singing and dancing. Over night in the camp. BLD.

Day 5. Ghanapokhara to Tekbryubg Dada (2591m.) :

The trail is compare to any other normal trekking route is rough but relaxing with quiet and naturally surroundings. Over night in the camp. BLD

Day 6. Trek to Dada Base Camp (3353m.) :

Trek will take approximately 6hr. Enjoy the Jamjung Himal just infront of you and other surroundings. Over night in the camp. BLD

Day 7. Trek to Ramrong Dada (3500m.) :

This the highest point of this trek. Winter can be difficult with snow and missing the trail. Over night in the camp. BLD.

Day 8. Rest Day at Ramrong Dada :

Enjoy the Mt. Manaslu, Himal Chuli, Lamjung HImal, Annapurna II, Machhepuchare and many other mountains. Over night in the camp. BLD

Day 9. Trek to Choprang (3292m.) :

It will take approximately 5 hr. Over night in the camp. BLD

Day 10. Trek to Yanjakot (1500m.) :

The down to Yanjakot will take 6 hours. This is a nice cultural village. You can expect cultural evening with local mother group. Over night in the camp. BLD

Day 11. Trek to Maidu Khola (750m.) :

Trek down to Maidu Khola and Over night in the camp. BLD

Day 12. Trek to Kalikastahn via Pokhara :

Trek to Kalikasthan and take our bus to Pokhara and free in the evening to self. Over night in the Hotel. BL

Day 13. Explore Pokhara :

Take an easy day around the city. Over night at the hotel.

Day 14. Drive to Kathmnadu :

Take a early breakfast and take regular tourist bus to Kathmnadu at 7:30 from Pokhara to Kathmnadu. Free evening in Kathmnadu. Optional walk down to Kathmandu durbar square. Over night in the hotel.

Day 15. Drive to airport and fly back to Home/ join other trek tour :

We will transfer to airport and take a flight to home. Home sweet home.

Note : Upon final payment AATE will provide pre-departure file which will include the detailed agreed itinerary, hotels that you will be accommodating and the transport details. You will also be introduced to your trekking guide for this trip.

Package Cost Includes - Lamjung Himal Base Camp Trek

• Arrival and departure transfer from international airport

• Four night hotel/ guest house in Kathmandu on EP plan twin sharing

• One day sight seeing in Kathmandu by car

• All land transfers as per itinerary to trek. (by private car, van or bus as per group size)

• All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) whilst on a camping trek that will prepared by AATE and served from our dinning room.

• Applicable trekking fees.

• Porters and/or pack animal (one porter per two persons is provided to carry the clients personal effects)

• Trekking equipment (duffle Bag for your gear and for camping based treks tent, mattress, sleeping bag, kitchen and dinning room tents and all kitchen utensils, toilet tent)

• Trekking staff (guide with government license holder and other assistant guides where applicable, cook, Sherpa and porter).

• Insurance for the trekking staff. (insurance as per state law)

• First aid medical kit

• All the government tax and our (AATE) service charges.

• Personal trekking equipment

• All the extra meals, entrance, sight seeing while in the city (can be included upon request).

• International flights and departure taxes

• Visa and passport fees (to entry and re entry). Nepal entry visa is US$30 for 30 days.

• Your travel insurance (for travel, cancellation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss of life, theft of or damage to personal effects).

• Tips and gratuities (crew frequently receives some recognition for good service)

• Costs arising from unforeseen events outside the control of AATE.

• Personal expenses such as alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, mineral water, monuments entrance fees, postage, laundry, video, camera, phone, etc.

• The single supplements payable on all bookings where only one person is traveling.

• Gratuities for services provided on a personal basis.
