Itinerary - Mera La Pass Trek
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to a hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing to the World Heritage Sites.
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m), preparation for the trek.
Day 04: Trek Lukla to Chutanga (3050m).
Day 05: Trek Chutanga to Tuli Kharka (4320m) crossing over Zatrwa la pass (4855m).
Day 06: Trek Tuli Kharka to Kothe (4095m).
Day 07: Trek Kothe to Thangnak (4350m).
Day 08: Rest day at Thangnak for acclimatization.
Day 09: Trek Thangnak to Khare (5100m).
Day 10: Trek through Mera la Pass (5415m) and camp.
Day 11: Trek to Hinku Valley (5220m).
Day 12: Trek Hinku Valley to Panch Pokhari (4500m).
Day 13: Trek Panch Pokhari to Amphu Lapcha base camp (5200m).
Day 14: Trek through Amphu Lapcha pass (5800m) to Chhukung (4730m).
Day 15: Trek Chhukung to Lobuche (4910m).
Day 16: Trek Lobuche to Gorakshep (5160m) and EBC (5360m), return trek to Gorakshep.
Day 17: Trek Gorakshep to Kalapaththar (5545m) and return trek to Lobuche.
Day 18: Trek Lobuche to Dingboche (4410m).
Day 19: Trek Dingboche to Tengboche (3860m).
Day 20: Trek Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3446m).
Day 21: Trek Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2840m).
Day 22: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu (35 minutes), hotel.
Day 23 : Fly out Kathmandu.
Package Cost Includes - Mera La Pass Trek
• Arrival and departure transfer from international airport
• Hotel/ guest house for four night in Kathmandu on EP twin sharing
• One day city sightseeing by car
• All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) whilst on the trek.
• All the land transfer as per itinerary.
• Lodge accommodations in trekking on twin sharing (bathroom outside)
• Applicable trekking fees.
• Guide and Porters (one porter per two persons is provided to carry the clients personal effects)
• Camping gears (sleeping tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent, mattress)
• Kitchen and utensils
• Domestic flight to and from.
• Insurance for the trekking staff. (insurance as per state law)
• All the government tax and our (AATE) service charges.

• Personal trekking equipment
• Extra accommodation, meal, entrance and sight seeing in the city. (They can be included upon request).
• International flights and Visa.
• Your travel insurance (for travel, cancellation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss of life, theft of or damage to personal effects).
• Tips and gratuities (crew frequently receives some recognition for good service)
• Costs arising from unforeseen events outside the control of AATE.
• Personal expenses such as alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, mineral water, monuments entrance fees, postage, laundry, video, camera, phone, etc.
• All other services not included in the "cost includes" section above.
