Mera peak (6470m) is one of the beautiful and easy peak in Nepal around Huknu Valley, Khumbu region. Mera Peak climbing starts form Lukla airstrips. The trail straight raise to Zetra La pass which seems bit tuff at the beginning. The trail to the Mera Peak climbing almost over the 4000m. Making a trek to the Mera peak a real mountaineering adventure for which effort is rewarded with spectacular scenery and ultimately one of the finest viewpoints in Nepal. The views are with Makalu, Barunche, Everest, Amadamlam, Lhotse, Cho-oyu are breath-taking.

Itinerary - Mera Peak Climbing

Day 1. Arrive in Kathmandu :

Our representative will be waiting in the airport and will transfer to you in your hotel. Afternoon free.


Day 2. Prepare for the climbing permit or etc.

we will arrange a sight seeing tour in the city by car. We will have a team meeting in the evening in our office.


Day 3. Kathmandu To Lukla camp at Chutanga (3050m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 4. Trek to Chetera (4600m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 5. Trek to Thuli Kharka (4300m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 6. Trek to Tashing Dingma (3650m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 7. Trek to Thangnak (4356m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 8. Trek to Khare (5045m)

O/N in the camp


Day 9. Rest day at Khare (5045m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 10. Trek to Base camp (5350m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 11. Trek to High camp (5780m)

O/N in the camp.


Day 12. Summit Mera Peak and back to base camp

O/N in the camp.


Day 13. Trek to Thangnang

O/N in the camp.


Day 14. Trek to Tjashing Dingma

O/N in the camp.


Day 15. Trek to Thuli Kharka

O/N in the camp.


Day 16. Trek to Lukla

O/N in the camp. Weather permitting your trekking crew might prepare a farewell treat for you. You would be expected to join in the singing and the dancing!


Day 17. Catch a flight to Kathmandu and free in Kathmandu.

Day 18. These are "cushion" days

in case bad weather or other circumstances delay your return to Kathmandu. Otherwise, they can be used for sightseeing around Kathmandu valley or free for shopping days. O/N Hotel


Day 19. Depart from Kathmandu

towards your next destination or take another trek / tour


Note : The itinerary reflects recommended durations for distance and elevation covered per day and times for altitude acclimation based on latest AATE experience.
If you are with less than the minimum number of participants please contact us. We can bring you into contact with other people who would be interested to do the same type of peak climbing.

Package Cost Includes - Mera Peak Climbing
