The Nar and Phu village are the Tibetan influenced village in just above to Manang in Annapurna. Nar Phu trek is newly opened trek to the trekkers. Before Nar Khola valley was restricted area. Nar Phu trek offers a more challenging Khangla Pass (5310m.).

Nar Phu trek is more demanding trek. If you could manage the festival calendar, you could enjoy with the festival like horse racing, archery or etc. Trekking in Nar Phu valley is unlike most of Nepal-the trail is Trans Himalayan and most likely to Tibet.

Nar Phu trekking trails are rugged and cut high into cliff sides in an area. During Nar Phu trek, you will explore the mystery of the traditional village, people and their traditions. We will be able to visit the monastery, the majestic Himalayas itself including Annapurna, Tilicho, Throng Peak, Khangrur, Mesokhanto pass and after the Pass Kaligandaki valley (world's deepest valley). Finally arrive in Pokhara the Queen city of Nepal.

Itinerary - Nar Phu Trek

Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu :

Our representative will be waiting in the Nepal airport and transfer to Hotel. We will welcome to our city office and finalize the formalities. Brief the program and introduce the guide and other operator. Take an easy evening to stroll around. Over night in the Hotel. Our company will offer a traditional Nepali dinner.

Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing :

After the breakfast drive to sight seeing by car with guide to the world heritage sites (Pashupatinath- Hindu temple, Boudhanath - Buddhist stupa, Swyambhunath - Buddhist Stupa and Patan Durbar Square). Back to Hotel and free in the evening. Over night in the Hotel. BB

Day 3 Drive Kathmandu to Besi Sahar (840m) :

Our Trekking guide will pick you up and take you to bus park to drive to Besishar and we will continue our trek to Bhulbhule. Bulbule offer of Snowcap Mountains starts to appear from this small city. BLD

Day 4 Trek to Chamje (1560m) :

It will take 6 hours following the Marshyangdi River, waterfalls and following some small village, the trail climbs steeply up. After this, the trail starts to monitor some steepy ups and down to Chamje through the scenic forests. Over night in the lodge. BLD

Day 5 Trek to Dharapani (1881m) :

It takes about 6 hours to get our destination. We follow the river crossing bridge and we pass through a small village Tal. Following the mountains nature as other days you forget the steepy path that you walking gorgeous scenery and peace Environment. BLD

Day 6 Taal to Koto

Overnight in the guest house.,

Day 7 Koto to Dharmasala

Overnight in the tent.

Day 8 Rest in Dharmasala

overnight in the tent.

Day 9 Dharmasala to Kayang

Overnight in the Tent.

Day 10 Kayang to Phu

Overnight in the Tent

Day 11 Phu to Cheko

Overnight in the Tent

Day 12 Chekho to Nar

Overnight in the Tent

Day 13 Nar to Khangla base

Overnight in the Tent

Day 14 Khangla base to Ngawal

Overnight in the guest house

Day 15 Ngawal to Manang

Day 16 Trek to Thorong Phedi

overnight in the guest house.

Day 17 Trek to Muktinath

Day 18 Drive to Tatopani

overnight in the guest house.

Day 19 Drive to Beni via Pokhara :

After many days walking in mountain, you feel very much diverse to be in city. You can enjoy the lake with mountain views on background. Over night in the Hotel. BL

Day 20 Explore Pokhara :

Take an easy day around the city. Over night at the hotel.

Day 21 Drive to Kathmnadu :

Take a early breakfast and take regular tourist bus to Kathmnadu at 7:30 from Pokhara to Kathmnadu. Free evening in Kathmnadu. Optional walk down to Kathmandu durbar square. Over night in the hotel.

Day 22 Drive to airport and fly back to Home/ join other trek tour :

We will transfer to airport and take a flight to home. Home sweet home.

Package Cost Includes - Nar Phu Trek

• Arrival and departure transfer from International airport

• Three night hotel/ guest house in Kathmnadu and one night in Pokhara

• All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) whilst on the trek.

• All the land transport as per itinerary.

• Lodge accommodations in trekking on twin sharing (bathroom outside)

• Trekking permit (Annapurna Conservation Area permit, Special permit and TIMS)

• Guide and Porters (one porter per two persons is provided to carry the clients personal effects)
