The non touristy trekking trail in west of Dhaulagiri.
This
trekking trail raises though the Magdi river and though the Magar villages. This trail still not much
touristy
and must be organized. The view of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna is amazing from this trek.

Itinerary of Kaphe Glacier Trek |

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu:
Our
representative will be waiting in Nepal
airport and we will transfer to hotel. Take
a easy evening around the city. Over night
at the hotel. |

Day 02: Kathmandu rest day:
We will manage a Kathamndu sightseeing (Swyambhunath,
Boudhanath, pashupatinath and Patan Durbar
Square) tour with guide. Evenign back to
Hotel and rest. |

Day 03: Drive to Beni: (it will take an 8/9hours
by regular bus)
We will stop over night in
the guest hose. Lunch will be on the way and
dinner will be in the guest house. |

Day 04: Trek to Takam1460m village:
The trek will start after a ride of 2:30
hour’s local bus and approximately 5hrs
walk. |
Day 05: Trek to Lumsung 2100m:
The trek will take
approximately 6hrs. Overnight in the local
house. BLD will serve locally. |

Day 06: Trek to Gurja Gaun 2665m:
This village is
one of the biggest Magar (ethnic group)
villages in this area. This will take
approximately 6:30 hrs. |

Day 07: Explore Gurja Gaun:
Today will be the
explore day in this cultural village. The
local children will be around you and life
hood is very interesting. |

Day 08: Trek to Daraninge Kharka2940m:
Today we
have short hiking. We will have a nice view
of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Gurja Himal, Puta Chuli
and other peaks. Overnight in the camp.
Dinner will be in our kitchen. |
Day 09: Trek to Budzunge kharka 4300m:
We will
start hiking after the breakfast. It will be
approximately 5 hrs hiking. The trail passes
though the hill ridge. Over night at the
camp. Dinner will be supply from our
kitchen. |
Day 10: Trek to Kaphe Khola 4160m:
Take a
breakfast and head to Kaphe Khola. We will
arrive at the camp for the lunch. Take a
Himalayan view and rest at the camp. Dinner
will in the camp and rest. |
Day 11: Hike to Kaphe Glacier 4460m. and back to
Darasing Kharka:
We will wake you up early
morning and take a light breakfast and hike
to Kaphe Glacier. Enjoy the view of Gurja
Himal, Dhaularigi, Mana Pathi Himal, Putha
Chuli and many other peaks and back to
Darasing Kharka. We will have a pack lunch
and dinner will be serving from our kitchen. |
Day 12: Trek to Gurja Gaun:
Trek back to Gurja
Gaun. Over night at the local house/ camp. |
Day 13: Trek to Lumsang:
Trek back to Gurja Gaun.
Over night at the local house/ camp. |
Day 14: Trek to Takam:
Trek back to Gurja Gaun.
Over night at the local house/ camp. |
Day 15: Trek to Beni:
Trek back to Gurja Gaun.
Over night at the local house. |
Day 16: Drive back to Kathmandu:
Take a regular
bus to Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel and
rest. |
Day 17: Kathmandu rest:
Free day in Kathmandu
for shopping or etc. |

Day 18: Back to Home:
We will transfer to you to the airport for
the final departure. |

Our full board package cost includes the

We, a married couple from Canada completed the
Annapurna Circuit 11 April to 29 April. We
booked the services of a guide and a porter
through MR. Shekhar Bahadur Thapa at Alpine
Asian Treks have nothing but good things to say
regarding our experience with MR. Shekhar and
the guide and Porter which we hired through
Alpine.
