Langtang & Helambu Through Ganja La Or Gosaikunda

Langtang trek starts form Kathmandu riding a bus a car to a village, Syabrubesi. The trek continue to Kynjin Gumpa at the altitude of 3800m from where you will breath taking view of Himalayas in Langtang range. Kynjin Gumpa village itself is a Tibetan village where Tibetan gumpa and chorten lies around. It has some option after arriving in Kynjin either do a demanding pass to Gonja- La 5122m or come back to Kathmndu. From Syabrubesi (south) trek can continue to Gosainkunda pass 4610m (frozen lake) the holy site to Hindu. After the pass it will combine Helambu trek. If the trek turn to another (north) direction from Syabru Besi it will led to the border of Tibet called Rasuagadi. On the way passing traditional Tamang village Thuman, Timure, Gatlang are still a fresh and real cultural site which is newly opened site. Langtang valley trek has nice and tiny lodge but other like towards Rasuwagadi or Ganga-la pas is demanding trek.

Days 01:  Upon arrival in Kathmandu are preventative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your Hotel.

Days 02 : Early morning drive to Shyabrubensi (1420 m). O/N Camp

Days 03 : Trek to Lama Hotel (2804 m).

Days 04 : Trek to Langtang Valley (3500 m).

Days 05 : Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3800 m).

Days 06-08 : Rest and explore day.

Days 09 : Trek to Ngegang.

Days 10 : Trek to Keldang.

Days 11 : Trek to Dukpu.

Days 12 : Trek to Tarke Ghyang.

Days 13 : Trek to Shyarmathang.

Days 14 : Trek to Malamchi Pull Bazzar & drive back to Kathmandu. Transfer to the Hotel.

Days 15 : In Kathmandu. O/N Hotel

Days 16 : Depart Katmandu

Our full board package cost includes the following:

  • Airport transfers (by private car, van or bus as per group size)

  • All land transfers as per itinerary to trek. (by private car, van or bus as per group size)

  • All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) whilst on the trek. Meals on camping treks will prepared by AATE  and served from our dinning room tent. In lodge based treks all meals will be provided from the lodges along the way.

  • All lodge accommodations, tenting fees .

  • Langtang National Park entrance fees.

  • Applicable trekking fees.

  • Porters and/or pack animal (one porter per two persons is provided to carry the clients personal effects)

  • Trekking equipment (For a lodge based trek a duffle Bag for your non-personnel gear. For camping based treks a tent (shared between two persons), mattress, sleeping bag, kitchen and dinning room tents and all kitchen utensils, toilet tent)

  • Trekking staff  (guide with government license holder and other assistant guides where applicable, cook, Sherpa and porter as per requirements).

  • Insurance for the trekking staff. (insurance as per state law)

  • First aid medical kit. Check Here

  • All the government tax and our (AATE) service charges.

  • Upon final payment AATE will provide pre-departure file including the detailed agreed itinerary, hotels and transport booked and introduce you to your trekking guide.

Our full board package does not include the following:

  • Personal trekking equipment  Equipment Check

  • All meals while in Kathmandu or in Pokhara.

  • Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu, (they can be included upon request).

  • Sightseeing tours in Kathmandu, (they can be included upon request).

  • International flights and departure taxes.

  • Visa and passport fees (to entry and re entry). Nepal entry visa is US$30 for 60 days.

  • Your travel insurance (for travel, cancellation, accident, health, emergency evacuation and loss of life, theft of or damage to personal effects).

  • Tips and gratuities (crew frequently receives some recognition for good service)

  • Costs arising from unforeseen events outside the control of AATE.

  • Personal expenses such as alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, mineral water, monuments entrance fees, postage, laundry, video, camera, phone, etc.

  • The single supplements payable on all bookings where only one person is travelling.

  • Gratuities for services provided on a personal basis.

  • All other services not included in the  "cost includes" section above.
