Thhuman Timure Trek |

Trekkers will specially enjoy with the
Tamang (one ethnic group in Nepal) heritage.
The trail will follow maximum 3165m high.
After riding 5-6 hrs rough road to
Syabrubesi, where the trek will start. En
route trek will pass through Goljung,
Gatlang, Chilime, Thuman, Timure and Briddim
cultural Tamang village. Goljung and Gatlang
are more traditional Tamang villages. While
passing the Tamang traditional villages the
trekkers can see the practice of shamanism
as well as. This area spared as Buddhist
society. While Goljung has ancient
monastery, Gatlang set high on a hillside
among terraced fields is the Tamang
settlement. On the way of trekking, bathing
in the hot spring, healing waters of the
natural spring at Tatopani en route from
Gatlang to Chilime is an exhilarating
experience. One can also visit a Tamang
monastery and the beautiful Parvatikunda
Lake at Gatlang. From the viewpoint at
Bahundanda near these settlements, one can
also see a panoramic view of Lantang, Kerung,
and the Ganesh Himal ranges. The trail ends
at Briddim which lies on the lap of Langtang
Himal. Briddim offers warm Tamang
hospitality at the home-stays run by
community members. In addition, visitors can
also visit local monasteries of Dukchu Gomba
(monastery) chosen as sacred site by the
great Tibetan Lama - Guru Rinpoche and
Chukla Khnaga Gomba. The extra activity with
this trek is home stay program which are a
local house run by the locals.

Our full board package cost includes the
following:

All land transfers as per itinerary to
trek. (by private car, van or bus as per
group size)

All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
whilst on the trek. Meals on camping
treks will prepared by AATE and served
from our dinning room tent. In lodge
based treks all meals will be provided
from the lodges along the way.

All lodge accommodations, tenting fees .

Porters and/or pack animal (one porter
per two persons is provided to carry the
clients personal effects)

Trekking equipment (For a lodge based
trek a duffle Bag for your non-personnel
gear. For camping based treks a tent
(shared between two persons), mattress,
sleeping bag, kitchen and dinning room
tents and all kitchen utensils, toilet
tent)

Trekking staff (guide with government
license holder and other assistant
guides where applicable, cook, Sherpa
and porter as per requirements).
