Trekking in Everest Region |
Everest region or Khumvu region is the
most popular region for the trekkers and
mountain climbers. Khumbu region Have
worlds highest mountain including
Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablem,
Cho-oyu, Island peak and many other
peak. Most of the Sherpa guide and
porter come form this region. The
longest Khumvu glacier, scenic passes
like Cho-la, Rengo-la, Kongma-la are in
this khumvu region. There are fine
lodges (tea house) in khumvu region for
food and accommodation. While trekking
in Khumvu like Everest base camp, Gokyou
trek or classic Everest trek for jiri,
trekkers could be suffer by mountain
sickness. A good knowledgeable guide can
know about the mountain sickness and the
immediate treatment though they my be

Gokyo Cho La Pass
and Kalapatthar Trek |

Gokyo trek is another popular trek to
see the view of Everest and a lake in
the high mountain. It starts form Lukla
and can last to Everst base camp. It can
combine with Renjo pass, Chola pass
which are usual pass but bit hard. If
trekkers have less time and want to see
the Everest would like to choose this
